About Us

Recovery-Focused Housing in the Heart of Everett

Evergreen Northwest Recovery Residence LLC operates a Level 2 / Type M Monitored Recovery Residence at 12421 5th Ave W in Everett, Washington. We are not a treatment facility — we are a home where people in recovery live, support one another, and build the skills needed for long-term sobriety.

Our house follows industry best practices established by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). We are working toward voluntary accreditation with the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences (WAQRR) to ensure we meet the highest standards for recovery housing in our state.

Everything You Need to Stay on Track

We provide more than a bed. Our program is designed to surround you with structure, accountability, and the resources that make recovery sustainable.

Clean, comfortable, fully furnished rooms in a multi-family residence. All units maintain a strict alcohol- and drug-free environment.

Resume help, job-search resources, transportation planning, and referrals to recovery-friendly employers and WorkSource.

Transportation Help

Assistance with ride planning to meetings, appointments, and job interviews. We help you get where you need to go.

MOUD-Friendly

We accept residents using prescribed medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and other substance use disorders, taken as directed.

Curfews, chore assignments, drug testing, and house rules designed to create stability and personal responsibility.

House Rules

Clear Expectations for Everyone

Our rules exist to keep the house safe, respectful, and recovery-focused. They are applied consistently and fairly to all residents.

Alcohol & Drug Free

No alcohol, illicit drugs, or unauthorized substances on premises. Prescribed medications taken as directed are permitted.

🧪

Drug Testing

Random and for-cause drug testing to ensure a safe environment for all residents. Results are confidential.

Curfew

10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday, 1:00 AM Friday–Saturday. Exceptions available for work, school, treatment, and emergencies.

No Overnight Guests

Visitors are welcome during posted hours. Overnight guests are strictly prohibited to protect the recovery environment.

Chores & Cleanliness

All residents share responsibility for keeping the house clean through weekly rotating chore assignments.

Meeting Attendance

Residents attend weekly house meetings and a minimum number of recovery meetings (AA, NA, SMART, etc.) per week.
